What to Bring
- Medical aid details (accounts are settled directly, for your own records)
- Any previous gynaecological or obstetric records
- Previous ultrasound scan reports
- A list of all current medications and supplements
- A list of questions or concerns you'd like to discuss
- For pregnancy visits: your last menstrual period date

What to Expect at Your First Consultation
History Taking
Dr Baker will take a thorough history of your medical background, symptoms, and concerns.
Examination
A physical examination tailored to your reason for visiting.
In-Room Ultrasound
Where appropriate, an ultrasound is performed in the consulting rooms. No separate referral is needed.
Your Plan of Action
A clear, personalised management plan is discussed and documented.

Location
Suite 11, First Floor, Peter Place, Sandton Mediclinic, Sandton. On-site parking available.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Routine appointments booked timeously; urgent cases seen ASAP.

Billing
This is a private practice. Accounts are settled by the patient. You may then claim back from your medical aid.
